Robin Lynn & Lee, in collaboration with DFDL, has added Caera Lee as a Partner, further strengthening the firm’s growing Energy, Natural Resources and Infrastructure (ENRI) practice. Lee brings over 12 years of experience and insights as a true-blue project advisor advising investors, project sponsors, project developers, contractors and financial institutions in project development lifecycle in a wide range of sectors, including power and renewable energy, oil and gas, water and wastewater, and infrastructure. Before joining the firm, she was a partner with one of the largest law firms in Malaysia, where she specialises in energy and infrastructure project development. Lee has extensive experience advising stakeholders and industry players in bidding, acquiring and developing conventional and renewable power generation assets and power transmission and distribution assets. She actively advises on upstream and downstream oil and gas project development matters, including matters arising under the production sharing contracts, joint operating agreements, proposed farm-in, acquisition and operatorship transfer of oil and gas assets. Lee has in-depth knowledge and experience in construction and engineering matters, where she regularly advises on constructing and engineering large infrastructure, and identifying and managing the broad spectrum of risks in the project lifecycle. In the sustainable space, she has also advised on the proposed generation and issuance of verified carbon units through sustainable forest management.
