Rajah & Tann (Thailand) has appointed Xiaomin Wu (Emma) as Counsel to spearhead its established China Practice in Thailand. She joins from Kudun and Partners, bringing extensive experience as a corporate lawyer advising state-owned enterprises and leading multinational organisations in China and Thailand.
With a proven track record of assisting Chinese and international clients on investment structuring, regulatory compliance and cross-border business operations, she brings deep expertise in China-Thailand business relations.
Wu will enhance the firm’s ability to support Chinese clients in navigating the complexities of Thai regulations, while assisting Thai businesses in expanding their operations in China. Her industry experience is broad and diverse, spanning industrial real estate, construction and engineering, automotive, manufacturing, food and beverages, and financial services.
