Phoenix Legal has added Rahul Deodhar as a partner on September 16, 2024. He will be a part of the firm’s General Corporate, M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital practice, and will operate out of the firm’s Mumbai office. With over 13 years of experience, Deodhar’s areas of practice include M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate restructuring and reorganizations, and general corporate and commercial transactions. He has been advising large domestic companies, multinational corporations, private equity firms, venture capital funds, start-ups and early stage emerging companies. Before joining the firm, Deodhar was a partner with J Sagar Associates, and has previously worked with Desai & Diwanji and KPMG. He completed his LLB in 2011, and he is also a qualified Company Secretary (CS).
