Afriyan Rachmad joins as a Partner, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in projects and infrastructure, corporate and commercial, and M&A. He also has expertise in dispute resolution and litigation, including arbitration proceedings, civil cases, employment/industrial relations, competition and anti-trust matters, and criminal cases at various court levels in Indonesia.
