| Boazz Law Chambers has added Rohini Boez as a partner in the Media & Entertainment and IT practice. Her practice covers transactional work, contentious issues and enforcement in IP/IT cases, with a special interest in the software and entertainment space. For the past 12 years, she was in-house counsel with leading MNC’s in the entertainment (The Walt Disney Company) and software industries (Autodesk Inc). She began her foray into IP as an associate with the oldest IP law firm in India (1997-2003). Having spent many years as in-house corporate counsel in the hi-tech industry, she brings a different perspective and flavour to practice and in her approach to advising clients. She is a practising advocate and is enrolled at the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She completed her BA in Economics, LLB, LLM from Cochin University and MPhil-International Law from JNU India. |
