Ashurst has added Frank Bi as a partner in its corporate practice in Hong Kong. He joins from Slaughter and May, where he has more than 10 years of experience. He specialises in equity capital markets, M&A and Hong Kong listing compliance work.

Gadens has added Elliot Raleigh as a partner in its banking and finance group. He joins from Kemp Strang, where he was a partner in its banking and finance practice. He has also worked with Clayton Utz and Allen & Overy in London.

Withers has expanded its corporate practice in Hong Kong with the hire of Mike Suen from DLA Piper. His practice focuses on Hong Kong initial public offerings, though he also has extensive experience in M&A, corporate reorganisations and compliance pertaining to Hong Kong listing rules and local securities regulatory compliance.
