Deegan is a corporate partner specialising in cross-border M&A, joint ventures, corporate finance and restructurings. He advises a wide range of corporates and investment banks and has particular expertise in the Energy and TMT industry sectors. Deegan is an experienced international transaction lawyer, having advised on deals throughout Europe, Africa, North America, Asia and the Middle East.
