JSA Advocates and Solicitors has added Brijita Prakash as a partner. She has joined with a team of seven seasoned senior associates and associates. A specialist in property laws, Prakash has over 25 years of experience advising top clients in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, including Prestige Estates, Brigade Enterprises and Godrej Properties. Prior to joining the firm, she was a partner at DSK Legal, and was earlier at Dua Associates, Advocates & Solicitors. Recognised as a trailblazer in her field, Prakash has a deep understanding of the complex and state-specific real estate laws, and she has handled many significant transactions in the real estate space. Prakash has represented prominent developers and builders in Karnataka, and regularly advises on complex issues related to title, urban development and regulatory compliance within the real estate sector. She regularly advises on the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, and is adept at navigating consumer disputes and regulatory compliance matters. Prakash is an LLB graduate from Mysore University and a member of the Bihar Bar Council.
