JSA Advocates & Solicitors added Pritha Chatterjee as a Retained Partner in its Banking & Finance Practice. She joins from IndusLaw, and has previously worked with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Chatterjee brings a wealth of experience across structured finance and debt capital markets. She has a strong track record of having regularly advised leading domestic and international banks, investors, financial institutions, large corporates and multilateral agencies on a range of complex matters and deals of high value. Chatterjee is a graduate of the National Law University, Jodhpur, 2013, and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
