JSA Advocates & Solicitors has added Shringarika Priyadarshini as a Retained Partner in its Corporate Practice. To be based out of the Gurugram office, Priyadarshini brings with her over a decade of diverse top-line experience across the corporate commercial practice, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate advisory. She joins from Trilegal, and has in the past worked with IndusLaw. She has also seconded with Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu (Tokyo office) and Uber India. Priyadarshini has specialist experience in representing Japanese and other East Asian conglomerates on all aspects of their acquisitions, investments and operations in India. Her career highlights include working on high-value cross-border deals, joint ventures and regulatory matters for clients across sectors, such as technology, renewable energy and manufacturing. She is a graduate of Christ University, Bengaluru, where she completed her BBA LLB (Hons) with distinction, and is a member of the Karnataka Bar Council and the Bar Council of India.
