Troy is a partner and head of the firm’s International Practice.  Troy is engaged primarily in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, banking and finance, and general corporate law.  With a career spanning more than 25 years in Asia, Troy has extensive experience advising a broad spectrum of Thai and international public and private companies, private equity funds and government agencies on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, project and corporate financings, real estate developments, energy projects, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Kudun and Partners, Troy was a partner at White & Case, Thailand and later at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Partners, where he focused on domestic and cross-border investment and general corporate transactions for both Thai and international clients. He obtained his B.A. and LL.B. degrees from Monash University, Australia, and is admitted to practice law in Australia, Hong Kong, and England. Troy has been practicing law and residing in Thailand since 1999 and is fluent in Thai.
