Lovells law firm has signed a landmark memorandum of understanding with Peking University Law School to develop new international-standard practical legal training courses and materials for general counsel and other staff counsel of Chinese companies. The partnership will also provide other Chinese legal practitioners and legal officials involved in international and financial legal issues with the necessary skills training to bring them up to an international standard. Peking University is considered one of the nation’s pre-eminent legal institutes.
