With a view to strengthening ties with each of their offices around the world, Eversheds has installed a new management team in Asia. Charged with fostering growth in the region and with overseeing the imminent launch of their Beijing office later this year, partners Stephen Kitts, Stephen Mok, Ivan Ng and King Tak Fung are helming the team which was established earlier this week.

Kitts is the firm’s new Asia Managing Partner and he specialises in M&A, private equity and general corporate finance. Mok has been appointed as the firm’s head of corporate in Asia, whilst Ng will pilot the Asian litigation and dispute management team. Fung has been appointed Asia head of finance and all four appointments will be based in Hong Kong.

Though each partner is responsible for his own individual practice area in Hong Kong, their responsibilities will also extend to each of their areas of expertise across the region.
