Tung is a founding and senior partner of VILAF. He has served as Managing Partner for 9 years and Chairman for 8 years. From an affiliate of Clifford Chance, VILAF, under Tung’s leadership, became one of the most respected independent commercial law firm in Vietnam. He has assisted many multinational and foreign investors such as Coca Cola, Mercedes Benz, Jollibee, and Shell in business establishment since Vietnam opened its doors for foreign investment in the 1990s. Tung is active in the practice areas of M&A, maritime, litigation, corporate, and commercial. Aside from the legal practice, Tung is involved with UNICEF Vietnam as an advisory board member.
