Charles Russell, a London head-quartered firm opened a new office in Qatar on 3rd December, expanding its presence in the Middle East. The firm offers a full suite of services and already has a strong presence in Bahrain. Charles Russell specialises in real estate, construction, banking and sports, litigation and arbitration, corporate work and intellectual property. The new outpost has been launched with a view to having private client counsel assist the Qatari and international community in Doha.

Qatar has been rated one of the fastest growing economies in the world: the country has proved to be the most recession proof in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and consequently, investment in the state has surged.
