Blake Dawson and its associated firm in Indonesia, Soebagjo, Jatim, Djarot (SJD), have announced the formation of a new Indonesian firm, Oentoeng Suria & Partners (OSP). The new firm, which has been founded by Felix Soebagjo and Nanda Sofyan (who is also a partner in the new firm), will initially consist of lawyers and consultants from Blake Dawson and SJD’s regional practices, with the team expected to grow in the future. According to Soebagjo, OSP will function as a continuation of the associated international practice of Blake Dawson and SJD, and will enable the firms’ global and cross-border clients to receive the benefits of a more focused service delivery. |
