US litigation firm sets its sights on Asia

The firm’s practice is centered around litigation, arbitration and investigations, with a focus on international government investigations, large commercial disputes (typically in financial and insolvency contexts), and international asset recovery, including offshore trust litigation. Prior to the establishment of the Hong Kong office, the firm had already worked on a number of cases throughout Asia, including representation of several large Asian companies in US-based antitrust class and government enforcement actions; representation of clients in Japan, Singapore, Korea, and Hong Kong who were under investigation by US authorities; and international commercial disputes between Asian clients and financial institutions in the UK.
