MSI, an international alliance of independent professional firms, has appointed independent full-service law firm Or, Ng & Chan as its Hong Kong law firm member. With over 250 member firms in 100 countries, MSI was formed in 1990 in response to the growing need for cross-border co-operation between professional services firms. Established in 1992, Or, Ng & Chan has grown organically to 25 lawyers and a total staff of more than 60 people. The firm is focused on Hong Kong and China, but also serves companies from the Far East, U.S. and Europe with a broad range of commercial legal services including mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and arbitration, banking, finance and securities, shipping and logistics, intellectual property, trust and probate, real estate and property transactions.
