Trilegal has added Harsh Maggon as partner in the corporate practice in the firm’s Mumbai office. He specialises in public M&A and private equity transactions, and has advised on multiple takeovers involving open offers and schemes of arrangements across sectors. He has also worked on delisting offers. Maggon’s expertise includes advising on complex corporate governance issues in listed entities, control deals (including in distress situations), secondary exits and minority stake acquisitions. He joins from AZB & Partners. He was earlier at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, where he was part of the public M&A team.
