Dennis Unkovic

A partner with Meyer, Unkovic & Scott LLP, Dennis served as the Chairman of the Meritas® legal network from 2015 to 2018. He focuses his practice on complex corporate transactions and foreign direct investment – M&A, joint ventures, and international dispute resolution. Since 1985, he has visited China numerous times handling both inbound and outbound transactions.

Dennis has extensive experience working on behalf of his clients throughout Southeast Asia, European Union, China, Korea, and Japan. He wrote The Art of Investing in America: Secrets to Success and his recent book, Asia Ascending: Insider Strategies for Competing with the Global Colossus, was published in October 2018.
