Julian brings over 25 years of experience as a litigator, and has appeared before all levels of court and alternative dispute resolution forum in Malaysia. He has extensive experience advising local and foreign clients on various matters, including anti-money laundering, anti-corruption, civil litigation, corporate and commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and enforcement, insider trading and financial regulations and securities legislation. On the other hand, Jeyasingam has over 21 years of experience in commercial litigation services, for disputes in stratified and landed property, concerning common property, facility management, real estate acquisition, sales and leasing sectors.
