Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has added Srikant C V as a partner in the General Corporate Practice. To be based out of the firm’s New Delhi office, he will be advising clients on various aspects of general corporate transactions. Srikant brings over eleven years of comprehensive experience, specialising in corporate and commercial transactions and advisory matters. His areas of expertise include M&A, private equity and venture capital. Prior to joining the firm, Srikant was a partner at Khaitan & Co. He has completed his BA LLB (Hons) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
