Jezamine Fewins is the Head of Litigation in the Lewis Silkin Hong Kong office. She is a litigator, specialising in IP, employment and commercial litigation matters, who has been practising in Hong Kong for more than 25 years. Her clients are made up of multi-national companies, high net worth individuals, SMEs and not for profit organisations.

She provides pro-bono services to charities, not for profit organisations and deserving causes and has have for a number of years have received individual awards from the Law Society’s Pro Bono and Community Recognition Programme.

Kenix Yuen is a Partner in Lewis Silkin’s Hong Kong dispute resolution team.

Her clients include individuals from all walks of life and companies in different sectors and jurisdictions. Her specialises in covering a wide range of cross-border commercial litigations and arbitrations, in particular work involving Mainland Chinese elements. Her experience covers shareholder disputes, board fights and control over listed companies, fraud and asset tracing, trust and estate, contract, insolvency and bankruptcy, applications for urgent reliefs (freezing injunctions and disclosure orders) and various regulatory matters. She also frequently works with overseas lawyers and other professionals in complicated disputes.
