As we approach the 40th anniversary of our presence in Mainland China, I look forward to working with our exceptional team to further strengthen our business, deepen our relationships with clients, and support the professional growth of our colleagues in China.”

Tim Wang added, “I am delighted to accept the position of Chair for the firm’s China Practice, and continue to contribute to our strategic direction and growth in this dynamic region. With a deep knowledge of the firm, having worked across our Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and New York offices, Lei will add real value as he works closely with our leadership team on the strategy and management of the region. I am equally pleased to welcome Tim as the Chair of our China Practice, and I look forward to benefiting from the valuable knowledge and insights of Lei, Tim, and Terence as we navigate the current business environment and advance our regional priorities.”
