The firm is led by three experienced, trailblazing partners Robin Teow, Hui Lynn Tan and Bin Hau.

Robin has been a partner and the Head of China Desk of DFDL since 2016. Both Robin and Bin Hau have worked in major Chinese law firms in Beijing, China before continuing their practice in Malaysia.
