Patrick Zheng

School of Law and UC Berkeley Law School. He is
qualified to practice law in China and New York.

Charles Qin

Charles earned his LLB from Fudan University
School of Law, and his MS in International
Finance from East China Normal University. He
studied as an EMBA student at Tsinghua University
PBC School of Finance from April 2014 to October
2015. He has been practicing PRC law since 1990,
and his practice areas include dispute resolution,
banking and financial services, corporate/M&A,
private equity/venture capital, trust and insurance.
From 1997 to 1998, on a Practical Training Scheme
for Chinese Lawyers sponsored by the British
government, he studied English law at SOAS, and
received training at Linklaters and Brick Court
