 Shook Lin & Bok has added Dayne Ho as a partner in corporate finance, with effect from 20 July 2015. Ho practises in the areas of corporate and corporate finance, with a focus in M&As, equity capital markets, private equity and regulatory advisory work. He has extensive experience in advising international and local companies on a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions in Asia. Originally a corporate restructuring lawyer, Ho broadened his practice with varied professional experience from his previous stints in-house with a multinational company and in private practice with an international law firm and a local law firm where he co-headed its corporate finance practice. His strengths lie in his commercial acumen and strong connectivity with clients. He has advised on a number of M&As, private equity investments, joint ventures, disposals, IPOs, debt financing and listing compliance and governance matters. |
